A Catalyst Kick Start Fitness Assessment takes the guess work out of developing a safe and effective training strategy. Available to both Training and Facility members, the assessment takes only 50 minutes or less — but delivers benefits that can last an “amplified lifetime!”

Meet our Fitness Assessor
Your story, challenges, restrictions and goals should all be considered in a proper fitness plan. So Kick Start begins with meeting our Fitness Assessor to better understand you. We then can begin charting the safest, most efficient course for helping you realize the best fitness level of your life!

FIT 3-D body composition
Catalyst FIT 3D body scanner provides a clear starting point analysis — in just a few minutes!
- Analyze body fat, posture, and balance. Receive a confidential Body Shape Wellness Score based on your age and activity level. All data is privately stored in a cloud-based profile you have access to!
- Chart Progress. Future FIT 3D re-scans will reveal amount and location of inches and body lost, muscle gained, and how you improved in other areas of fitness.

Functional Movement Screening
Our Fitness Assessor will guide you through our modified Functional Movement Screening to determine your movement patterns and restrictions. This important data will help us plan a progressive program that will yield you the most effective, safest results.
- Measure Advancements. Functional Movement Screening provides a baseline for future comparison to gauge the strength, mobility, and overall fitness progress you’ve made!

dotFIT® Nutritional Evaluation
With goals defined and present fitness level understood, our Fitness Assessor will walk you through creating your own nutritional profile using our dotFit Nutrition Platform. You’ll then receive a custom meal plan with recipes and more created to address your exact needs, to give you the best chance at healthy, fast and sustainable results!

I started out with my trainer with 1 lb weights and I thought they were heavy. I was afraid to get down on the floor then get up, now I can get up off the floor and I can squat now. No problem!
