YOGA
Exercise movement at a relaxed but deliberate pace. Includes instruction in the basic principals of meditation, pranayama (breathing)and asana (poses). Classes range from novice to advanced for true “yogis” looking to go deeper.


DANCE
Catalyst Dance Classes “set the stage” for exercise excitement and success. Popular classes like Jazzercise, Zumba, and more fuse cardio with resistance training with modern dance for a heart-pounding experience that will have your spirit soaring!
SPINNING
Our dedicated indoor spin cycling studios combines high energy music, high intensity movement, and highway-free riding safety! Advanced Spinning Bikes with performance-measuring technology promise an engaging experience that’s safe, FUN and effective for all ages and fitness levels.


STRENGTH
Strength Fitness Classes offers a range of strength enhancing experiences from Body Sculpting to Boot Camps and more. Motivating instructors will guide you through controlled, synchronized movements using resistance bands, exercise balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more.
