Sessions are fun filled group conditioning classes that are science backed, high energy, full body workouts, broken down into four main categories based around a goal!

Don’t worry, our experienced group of certified coaches will create a schedule based around your availability and goal and assign which frequency of each type of session is best suited for you!

Our Catalyst Team Training sessions have two main categories: Metabolic & Restoration. Our Small Group Training Sessions are Power (P), Muscular Endurance (ME), Metabolic Conditioning (MC) and Movement Restoration (M).

CATALYST TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS

REDLINE

Push yourself, then push some more! Redline is your full body functional cardio workout consisting of pushing sleds, battling ropes, hitting bags, or any other cardio apparatus!

IGNITE

Ignite your metabolism for up to 48 hours after your workout with our fast-paced full body functional strength metabolic session! You’ll use Kettlebells, Dumbbells and full body movements to burn a maximum number of calories in 50 minutes!

COMBAT

Transfer your troubles to the heavy bag and leave the gym accomplished and stress free in our functional training boxing session!

REVOLUTION

Tune in and Zone out in our Cycle Revolution! This high energy 50-minute Spinn session will help you clear your mind and reset before having to tackle the challenges in your day-to-day.

SPRINT

Pressed for time? Our high energy, high-interval, 25-minute Spinn Session gets you in and out of the gym in just 30 minutes!

STICK MOBILITY

Movement made better with Stick Mobility! Join us in this new innovative corrective exercise session that focuses on improving posture, movement patterns and reducing injury!

ANIMAL FLOW

A ground-based movement made fun, challenging and effective! This system is made to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination! Try something completely different and watch your body, posture and ability change before you!

PREHAB

25-Minute Restoration Session focused on reducing risk of injury through stretching, self-myofascial release.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

POWER (P)

Power Day workouts focus on compound movements, working major muscle groups such as glutes, legs, back, chest, shoulders, abs and arms all at the same time. Power days consist of a lower rep range and a higher weight on average (relative to your abilities), but focus heavily on stability and control. This yields a plethora of benefits for your everyday person such as improved posture, lean muscle mass, strength, bone density and greatly reduces the susceptibility of injury in your day-to-day activities!

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE (ME)

In our Muscular Endurance or ME days, you’ll focus on full-body, medium to higher rep range strength exercises, while maintaining proper posture and core stability. The benefits of our Muscular Endurance focused workouts are to help you improve your aerobic capacity of your muscles, giving you the ability to carry out daily functional activities such as chopping wood, going up the staircase with groceries, or lifting or carrying heavy items over a period!

METABOLIC CONDITIONING (MC)

A good metabolic conditioning program can help save you time, burn more calories and improve your overall health and body composition! In our MC days we’ll be working at a faster metabolic pace while making sure we don’t compromise our form. Due to the aerobic intensity of these workouts and the recovery required, you’ll see them on our schedule typically once a week.

MOVEMENT RESTORATION (M)

As we age, we begin to develop certain movement patterns and at times due to our sedative lifestyle or previous injuries, these movement patterns can promote susceptibility to injury especially under load (while exercising). In our Movement Restoration days, we focus on functional movement that promotes postural restoration and muscle function that helps decrease muscle and joint pain as well as even migraines. Although this session may seem like it’s slower paced, you will most certainly will still feel like you worked out.
