What is a Training Gym?
A training gym is a solution focused fitness center that has new, fun, science backed services taught by certified personal trainers, who entirely focus on making fitness as simple, effective, and fun for your everyday busy adult regardless of their personal goals or limitations.
Do you have group classes?
We do not have group exercise classes, but we do have team training sessions which can be considered similar. The biggest difference when comparing the two, is team training sessions are led by certified personal trainers, which all communicate behind the scenes to keep you motivated, progressing and most of all safe. So, no matter which session you go into, you won’t have to repeat yourself with your injuries or preferences.
Can I just get a general membership?
Absolutely. For those not interested in services, you can get a General Facility Membership and use all the equipment we have to offer.
How much does training cost?
The cost of training can vary dramatically depending on the level of coaching you are interested in (Large Group, Private Training etc.) and the frequency you choose to participate in weekly. But to give you an average, our training memberships can vary anywhere from $20 a week to over $92 a week. We have over 8 Training memberships to choose from that fit any goals or personal budgets.
Do you have month-to-month options?
Absolutely! We reward members that support our business all year around but any of our memberships can be purchased at a month-to-month basis at approximately a 20% increase.
Can I train if I have injuries?
Of course! We pride ourselves in having an extremely knowledgeable team of fitness professionals that will take you through various functional movement assessments to better understand your limitations and challenges. If we think its warranted, we will even recommend the right medical professional to clear an injury before exercise.
Do you have to be experienced to do the group sessions?
Absolutely not! All our programs are designed with the beginner in mind. You will have a professional meet with you first, understand your goals, concerns, and challenges, and we will recommend the best sessions to start off with while you build up your confidence and abilities. At no point of the process will you be left alone.
Do you provide nutritional help?
Yes! We have various nutritional services that can get as detailed as you’re looking for.
Can I just get a custom workout plan?
Yup! If you are looking for a one time or monthly workout plan while you work out on your own, we have Personalized Membership options for just that reason!
What is the 30-Day Personal Training Experience?
The 30-Day Personal Training Experience is in essence, a 30-day training membership, that lets you try everything our gym has to offer, commitment free! We are a firm believer that if we cannot earn your business in 30-days, then we do not deserve it.
Can I freeze my membership?
Of course! You can freeze your membership for up to 4 months in a course of a 12-month period. If you have snow bird tendencies, please discuss with your facility manager for additional approval.
How does freezing a membership work?
If you’re an annual committed, after you make your 12th consecutive monthly payment, you’ll be given your frozen time at the end of your expiration date with no additional payment required. This keeps us from having to charge annoying freeze fees and annual maintenance fees etc. If you’re on a month-to-month agreement, you’ll have to give us 30 days’ notice before any payments can be ceased.

How do I cancel my membership?
Well, we certainly hate to see you go! However, you can cancel in one of 3 easy ways. 1. Stop by the gym and sign a digital document. 2. Send us a letter at your home club’s address (recommend that its certified mail), or 3. shoot us an email, and we’ll send you a digital signature by mail or text to complete. Whichever is best.If you’re on an annual agreement, all 12 payments would have to be made before you can cancel. If you’re on a month-to-month membership, you will need a 30-day notice before any payments can be ceased.
Can I bring a friend?
We certainly welcome friends of friends! If you have a training membership and your friend would like to try a session, please first reach out to the club first so we can make sure we reserve a spot for them on your behalf, as well as schedule a quick 10–15-minute assessment prior to the session for them so we can keep them safe. Otherwise, we do have limited guest privileges where a friend could come workout at the gym at the same time you are for up to 4 times a month.
