As we’ve said before, there’s no dieting or starving involved, just good old fashioned sensible eating. We’ll give you a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid so you’ll get maximum fat burn from this program, but plenty of calories to stay safe and healthy.

Here’s How it Works:
• It’s an 8-week fat loss and fitness program designed to melt at least two jean sizes off you.
• The workouts take place here at our facility under the watchful eye of Catalyst Coaches.
• Every workout is designed to put you into the coveted “after burn zone”, which is a state of having an elevated metabolism for well over 20 hours after you’ve worked out (You’ll get a fancy heart rate and calorie tracker as part of our program so we can make sure that’s the case!).
• To help you get the most out of this 8-week program we’re going to give you a nutrition plan to follow. Basically, you’ll just follow the nutrition plan and see that you’re no longer bloated, and you’ll know that the foods you’re eating are helping you burn maximum amounts of fat.
• As always, you’re going to have a ton of motivation and accountability from your coaches because that’s a crucial piece!
• Your workout schedule will be completely customized to your schedule and needs.
• At the end of the 8 weeks, when you’ve dropped 2 jean sizes or more, we’re going to throw a party! And yes, we mean quite literally!
NOW HERE’S THE FUN PART
Dig out one of your favorite pairs of jeans in your closet that you haven’t been able to wear. BUT they must be two sizes too small for you.
(There’s a method to our madness here…motivation!)
You’re going to bring your goal jeans in to us on your first day and we’re going to hold them for you.
At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have lost at least two sizes, and you’ll comfortably fit into your goal jeans and there will be high fives!
